You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where digital-asset trading is prohibited or restricted, or to persons subject to applicable sanctions programmes. ONYX may restrict or refuse access at its sole discretion where required by law.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. One person may maintain only one account unless expressly permitted otherwise.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, two-factor devices and transaction passwords. All activity performed through your account is deemed to be performed by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incident.

Access to certain features, limits and levels requires successful completion of identity verification. You agree to provide truthful documents and information and authorize ONYX to verify them, directly or through third-party providers.

ONYX may suspend or limit accounts pending verification, or where the provided information appears inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

ONYX provides a digital-asset platform including spot trading, deposits and withdrawals, staking programmes, earning strategies, reward mechanics and related features. The scope of available features may depend on your account level, verification status and jurisdiction.

ONYX may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be announced in advance through the platform's notification channels.

Digital assets are volatile. Prices can change rapidly, and you may lose the entire value of the assets you hold or trade. Past performance of any asset, strategy or programme is not indicative of future results.

Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of every transaction and for the decisions you make. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Always verify the deposit address and the network before sending funds — transfers to a wrong address or on an unsupported network are irreversible and cannot be recovered by ONYX.

Withdrawals may be subject to limits, fees and review procedures depending on your account level and applicable compliance requirements. ONYX may delay or decline a withdrawal where required by law or where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Applicable fees (including trading and withdrawal fees) are displayed within the platform and may depend on your account level. ONYX may update the fee schedule; updated fees apply from the moment they are published in the platform.

You agree not to: use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any unlawful activity; create multiple or fake accounts; manipulate markets, rewards, bonuses or referral mechanics; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; or use automated means to access the Services except through interfaces expressly provided.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unlawfully obtained rewards, and reporting to competent authorities where required.

The platform, including its software, design, branding, text and graphics, is owned by ONYX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ONYX does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or of the underlying blockchain networks, which are outside of its control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data or digital assets arising from your use of the Services, network failures, third-party actions or events beyond ONYX's reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time after settling open positions and withdrawing your assets, subject to applicable verification requirements. ONYX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law, with notice where legally possible.

ONYX may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
